Shipping Policy

California Seedbank Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time: We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a Monday or Wednesday will be shipped the following shipping day.

During periods of high demand, such as new strain releases or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
Clone orders are shipped overnight through UPS.

From time to time, free shipping may be offered on qualifying domestic orders (for example, orders over $1000). Promotional thresholds and availability may change without notice.

3. Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect customer privacy. No references to California Seedbank or cannabis seeds will appear on the exterior of the package.

4. Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update within the carrier’s system.

5. Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss California Seedbank: is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to:

Carrier errors

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Mail theft after confirmed delivery

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit without delivery confirmation, contact us at [email protected]. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Shipping Restrictions California Seedbank currently ships only within the United States.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and possessing cannabis seeds is permitted under their local and state laws. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We do not currently offer international shipping.

7. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
